    All treadmill classes are high intensity interval training (HIIT). This means they vary between low speed high incline and higher speed with low incline.


    Our trainers will talk you through a calorie scorching elliptical workout that uses varying incline and resistance. All elliptical classes can be used by runners of any level.


    Our outdoor classes use four zones to provide you with an interval based workout. To get faster or burn calories, interval training is crucial. Runners of any level can use these classes.

    Indoor Cycling

    Indoor cycling classes are taught by zones. Each of the four zones corresponds to your personal fitness level. Trainers will guide you through zone based intervals.


    Our yoga classes are audio only, allowing you to be immersed in your practice, rather than focused on watching a screen.

    5K Training

    Our 30 Day training program will make beginners ready and advanced runners faster on race day.

      Rochelle M.

      Rochelle is an Under Armour Ambassador who grew up loving to dance and has worked for over 26 years honing her dance and fitness skills. Rochelle has been featured in Shape Magazine, American Fitness Magazine and other local and national publications. She has run 6 marathons and completed an Ironman.
